Ford agrees

RE: Ford agrees

So they would still reimburse me, even if I already sold the car?

I just pulled out my receipts folder, and it was the first one that fell down.

This was on a 96GM that I owned a few years back.

I think you're required to give blood and if it's not "blue oval blue" you're screwed. x(

Seriously though without me being a lawyer, I would still think you would be a party to the class action. After all, a problem like this could be a good reason a lot of the people party to the class action would no longer own a Ford.

Well, this is interesting. I have a 97 Crown Vic. No problems so far. Wonder if they would replace the manifold before it fails. It's good that they have provision for future problems but you know it will happen at the worst time. Thanks for the insight!

Now that i read more and more about it, is it just for CA owners only?

How do you figure that?

RE: Ford agrees

I dunno, owners in cali reported that they recieved letters about opting in or out of the suit a few months ago.

Im not exactly sure at this point. But I sure would like $734 bucs if it came my way.
