I found a black LSC in SYR has 54000 on the od and looks very clean
It's at a Jeep Dealer so they want to get rid of it. I can buy it for 10,500 but their are a few issues I thought I check here for opions..
the car is lowered allready which is ok but both front tires are peeled way off like the camber/caster is way off. Is this normal or should I be loking for bad ball joints etc. when you lower a one of these cars do you need to have the front caster/camber re-adjusted to keep the fronts fron wearing the outside of the tires off?

Vin ILNMFM92V1WY623161 Dealer car fax is clean but the last reported od reading was 20,000 miles back in 1999

Thanks in advance

How low?? That may cause an alignment problem as it seems a little early for tie rod replacements..

RE: Found a 98 IN syracuse need info..

Lowering the car does effect the basic alignment - but are you sure it was sensor lowered by somebody? That's not exactly something that's common (beyond the LOD anyway).

You might take a sec to look for the redrilled mount in the front wheelwell to make sure it's actually sensor lowered - and while you are down there - look around for basic "weirdness".

Sounds like a good price to me. A year ago '98 LSC's at that mileage (minus a year) were going for $15K.

RE: Found a 98 IN syracuse need info..

The car sits low enough that you can just see the top of the tires through the wheel well but all 4 corners are the same. the comressor cycled like it should and was quiet. Do the 98's raise lower just like my 93, what is the sequence to test weather it's working ok?.

WHat is the sequence to test the climate control unit?

Thanks
