From Bone Stock to ....

We're talking more than just changing bushings out. He is refering to the Braceing kits and sub-frame tying. SCP sells most all of it. Rear subframes you need to do on your own, which is pretty straight forward.

I know, I have the bracing kits (all three) in my garage, but haven't felt the need to install them on my SC yet.

I don't have sub-frame connectors, though, very nice.

I am planning on replacing the sub-frame mounting bushings (the big donuts), if it becomes neccesary.

You left out the most important mod - need to put a torque converter on the top of your list. :)

If you want a decent 60', no less than 410's and a 3600 stall tc should get you around 1.9 - 2.1.

+1 for the converter!

I had 4.10's and a 3200 tc and was hitting 1.8 60 foot times! I was running a lot of weight and had coils though.

Don't let anyone tell you headers aren't worth it,

Without some suspension braces, it will suprise me if you get sub 2.0 sixty foot times. With 2.0+ sixty foots it will be tough to get 13s, let alone mid 13s.

Our exhaust is one of the most restrictive parts of our cars! The stock exhaust manifolds suck ass!

Again, 1.8's with gears, t/l, 3200 stall, no muffs, coil springs. :D

I put these on later........

Suspension braces? Please explain further.

And the subframe connectors....

I was there when Jesse ran some amazing times for his anchored-down gen 1 with nothing more than gears and a converter.

the car left like it was going to hike the front wheels...and I know his 95 had to weigh more than my 94...his stereo box was like a coffin!

you can skip the torque converter if all you want to do is answer your curiousity. But I think it would be a complete waste of time.

converter....that would be #1 on my list. BEFORE all else.

your stock converter wouldnt handle the added HP for very long.

Done for now....

Done for now....

Finally got the car off of the lift! :D

I'm going to do some tuning and get some track times with the stock intake manifold before installing the new '98 Cobra intake I have.

Rather than list the mods, just check my other posts if you're interested.

Nice list.. will be a fun car to drive. You might want to consider some mild head porting. The exhaust ports are pathetic/horrible, and the full potential of those headers and true dual exhaust won't be realized.

Just my opinion..

4.10s and 3k+ stall will put you in <2 60ft times.

You should make sure the supercharger you buy doesn't flow less than your intake.

Depending on your torque a high stall can really stress the stock cast crank. The stock motor is good for up to 450bhp or about 370rwhp. You should hit that with 6-7psi with the bolt ons.

2.0 60ft times are accessable with 235tires and stock gears/a mushy busted tranny
