Front LCA... stabilizer... arm... things

What exactly is the name of the second part of the front lower control arm? The bushings on these things are done, more accurately, the steel around them is rusted out, so I need some replacements. LCAs are easy enough to find, but I can't seem to get the right search term for these.

Any tips for getting these out?... Or is it enough of a pain to pay some one to do it?
