Front Suspension Rebuild Kit

Does anyone know where to buy a Front Suspension Rebuild Kit for a 93 mark VIII? I would rather buy a kit than everything piece by piece, but i haven't found any kits. I installed the coil over conversion kit and now i need to replace every bushing in the front end. The suspension makes a lot of noise. I know i will need new lower control arms, but is there any way to re-use the upper? Do most people go with factory replacement suspension parts, or polyurethane?

JERM.....go everything from RockAuto.com and buy the Spicer stuff. You can go Poly from SuperCoupe Performance but you're looking at big $$$. On a stock Mark, stock parts will hold up for another 100K miles.

When you get all the parts....I know where you can take it to get it done. My old shop has been getting a lot of Marks sent to them by me and Jarrod (Misanthropy) has his car there now getting a new trans put in, the front bushings replaced, diff service, driveshaft balanced/built, and a bunch of other stuff.

Let me know and I'll hook you up. :)

Here's a list of stuff......you CAN use T-Bird stuff since you have coils now. IF you HAD the stock air suspension you'd need to buy the Mark 8 Upper Control Arms because of the Height Sensor ball stud.

T-Bird Upper Control arms (cheaper than the Mark/same part) $60.79
SPICER Part # 5021001 {Professional Grade}
Front Suspension; Left Upper; Complete Arm With Ball Joint
SPICER Part # 5021002 {Professional Grade}
Front Suspension; Right Upper; Complete Arm With Ball Joint

T-Bird Lowers $58.79
MOOG Part # K80053 {Control Arm w/Ball Joint}
Front Suspension; Lower; LH; Incl. bushings
MOOG Part # K80055 {Control Arm w/Ball Joint}
Front Suspension; Lower; RH; Incl. bushings

Strut Rod Bushing to K-member (front) 1 Kit (both sides) $42.89
MOOG Part # K8659 {Strut Rod Bushing Kit}
Front Suspension; At Frame; Improved Design

Strut Rod Bushing at Lower Control Arm 1 Kit (both sides) $21.79
SPICER Part # 5781054 {Professional Grade}
Front; To Arm

Sway Bar Link (buy two) $35.79
SPICER Part # 5451102 {Professional Grade Sway Bar Repair Kit}
Front Suspension; Link With Sockets

Tie Rod Ends (buy two) $41.79
MOOG Part # ES3169RL
Front Steering; Outer

I think I got everything.....atleast everything that would need to be replaced. Things such as Sway Bar Bushings would need to be replaced "as needed" and usually don't fail. But if you replace all these parts and get an alignment afterwards, your car will ride 100 times better!

you can peep my m8 in the shop right now, but you will need to cruise up to Lincoln.

It is getting bunch of stuff done. Differential service, all new rotors & pads, new tranny I ordered from BOC, front end bushings minus the tie rod ends (les schwab did those for 130 or something), new u joints and balancing on the drive line, New seal on fuel pump, new fuel filter, couple more small things. Anyhow, the good part is that you can bring your own parts in.
