yes it has gold letting i removed it from the wrecked ce and tested it by hooking it to my 1997 and yes thats shipped thanks ken
 
no one has posted they want it and is sending payment so it still availible.

Yeah Im going to pass. its a great price, but Im going to hold off for a non CE neon. I would like to have silver colored lettering without having to worry about taking off the gold, and applying the silver. :D
