FS:1998 Low Miler (not mine)

Ha, it's Leo's favorite car...

Does that belong to a MK7 club member?
We've watched that car many time on ebay

that mark VIII has been on ebay like 6 times in the last year. i understand it has 91 miles, but they'll never get 42g's for it. maybe half if they are lucky.

Even If It Were A VII

Even If It Were A VII

I'm actually on the fence about the price.

The high sticker price for a last year Mark VII LSC SE was about $36,000.00 I know of one in a collection with under 100 miles on it. The owner will of course never sell, but if he did, I'd go as high as 90% of sticker price but would prefer 75% or less.

What was the sticker price of that 1998?

I think low to mid $40s depending on what of the handful of options the car had.

If the vin is listed, you might find the original window sticker online, or be able to get a print out at a Ford / Lincoln dealer.

Cool.
As for asking Ford, such information doesn't sell new cars so it will be limited. Even a Ford generated build sheet only shows the assembly date and options installed when built.

Dude was asking 43 I think. 32.5 would be 75%. If I were collecting eights instead of sevens, I would make a serious offer of 32.5 cash or 35 over time.

Magnificent machine. I wouldn't change a thing.

I always have wanted one. If I am to start a Mark VIII collection, I'd start with the 92 miler.

I've had the luxury and style since purchasing OldSchool1 in 1992 and I'm cool with the static power.

Between 1997 and 2003, I created HUNDREDS of web sites for medical professionals at a little project I called The Philadelphia Medical Mall (google it with quotes).

After my myocardial infarction in 2003, I swore to never create another website. Since then, I've created many and maintain four.

I also had another MI in 2008.

LOL just kidding John, i still enjoy my 2 mark7's

Yeah. I figured that.

I'd have to get a time capsule (inflatable indoor nylon bubble) for the 92 miler.

Pinkin is a factory One-Of-One and it still only has a closed garage. No heat. No electric. No plumbling. Just storage.

I would love to get my hands on one of these protector covers!

But it won't tell you the huge discounts Lincoln had at that time on the Mark. Anyone who could haggle just a little got it for under 40K
