Just multiply your current rpm at 60 by 3.73 and divide by 3.07 to get the rpm at 60mph with 3.73 rear gears.
with 4.10 rear gear, multiply current rpm at 60mph by 4.1 and divide by 3.07.
this assumes you currently have a 3.07 rear gear.
