Good chip burning shop in Las Vegas or LA?

Hello All:

Do you know in Las Vegas / LA areas a person / shop similar to Lonnie / Blue Oval Chips in FL?

Here's my scenario:
I have a stock 93 Mk8 and I like it to stay as close to stock as possible, but I want to eliminate the 130 mph limiter, and keep trnsmission flares only at light acceleration (if possible); at hard acceleration, I want the transmission to shift crisp and keep it in the lower gear a little longer. In other words, to unleash all 280 HP to their maximum extent without the need of other mods, and without decreasing gas mileage (in Vegas, Premium is over $3.50/gal., with no telling where it will peak).
Is this achievable? What other advice can you give me?
It seems like the mods bug got me too! Thanks.

You can just order a chip. With hesitation I will mention Torrie from fastpartsnetwork.com He did a GREAT job on mine. Try to stay away from LMS, I have heard a couple issues from those tunes.

Ditto on Torrie...just make sure you reiterate what type of tune you want, he's forgetfull at times. He did a great job on my chip and had I known the chip was going to make such a HUGE difference transmission wise, I would have done it WAY before my 3200 stall and gears! But like I said...make sure you specify the type of tune.

I believe you can also talk to SCT and tell them what you want, they should be able to burn you a chip and be able to email you any changes you need.

Thanks guys! I wanted a physical shop in Vegas or LA to go to, in case I run into problems. If I order it on-line I'll go with Lonnie. Would he guide me on the phone on filling the request form? I looked at it and some options I'm not familiaar with, so I may need to be taken by the hand.
BTW would they email or send me installation instructions? Thx.

He would probably send you instructions, but be patient....he just had back/neck surgery and he's about 3-4 weeks behind in tuning/emails. If you're looking for a shop that will dyno tune your car, any shop that specializes in Mustangs will work just fine. A lot of those places sell just chips/tunes too.

I recommend Torrie at the fastpartsnetwork, by now he has his Mark VIII tunes down. Lonnie at Blue Oval Chips is also excellent but it will probably take longer for you to get the chip at this point from him.

Torrie can seller you your own flasher for $400, thats $100 more than a chip. That way he can e-mail you files as you makes changes or wish changes to be made. Torrie will not charge you for making changes every so often.

And Torrie is an SVT tuner.
