Good Rotor--Cheap Price

At http://tirerack.com I was able to buy Brembo rotors, $41 ea. for the front, and $35 ea for the rear. They're not drilled or slotted. Also got Hawk High Performance Street pads at http://raceshopper.com for $67, (per axle) which included second day air shipping. This is not an endorsement, I just though it was a good price and wanted to pass it along.

RE: Good Rotor--Cheap Price

yeah, it was to my suprise as well.
we had a post about it "somewhere else".
Thanx thought, I been meaning to buy some rotors and ceramix pads soon.

RE: Good Rotor--Cheap Price

I went there looking for tires, and when I saw the rotors I remembered having heard that, I just could't remember where. I didn't really need them, my brakes are still pretty good, but I just couldn't pass that up. I'm only doing the front just because it gets the most wear, and a better opportunity is not likely to come along.

Acquire those if you don’t care much for dust, noise, and pads/rotor life.
But in return, better breaking.

But I think Ceramix will do it for my application; I guess it just depends one what suits you, and your way of driving. But I must say, I drive it pretty hard, and ceramix just do the trick fine on my previous cars.
I guess it’s mostly due to my hate for dirty wheels :7
