Gra-gra-gra sound coming from rear drivers side

got this grind humming noise coming from the rear drivers side.. gets louder as I speed up. just changed the outer bearing on that side cause I thought it was a bearing. Now it's back. could it be the half shaft? Got me worried.

Not what I ment. Caliper is tight, no loose bolts or anything. The break pads are open and not so "tight" that the rotors will not move.
