Greenhouse gas legislation...watch out FL!

Yes lets sue over something that we call all breath in and out and exhale every time we breathe. Lame. It would cost Florida big $$ and probably be fairly unpopular to buy all the equipment. We don't have any testing stations here and haven't for a few decades to my knowledge.
 
Whoever is behind that will not get my vote...among others i'm sure.

I'm all for clean running well tuned cars with cats, but they go overboard in stating that car must have all factory installed equipment when it runs alot cleaner and better fuel milage without it after proper tuning.

I think it would benefit Florida more to have suspension and undercarrige/tire safety inspections more like NY has. Heat and baldy underinflated tires cause more accidents. It would be a waste to buy all that smog test equipment and garages plus manning.

Instead, they can finish paving all the roads first including my neighborhood. :) I hate clay roads.
