Picked up the dear this morning at 9:15AM. Very complicated car. Have lots to learn. Car has Sonar Radar monitoring the interior. If you leave the window down and close the door, and then reach in thru the open window, the alarm goes off as your arm has broken the ___?___ whatever..... You have to use the key pad & your 5 digit code to shut the radar, before reaching in. The things on the headliner scanning the interior 24/7. Different ride that the Winkin.. It seems to float on a layer of air, off of the road's surface. Road Feel? Ha...None! Every road feels newly repaved, potholes feel like you just drove over a pebble. You are VERY aware of it girth. It is FAT. Karen took a picture of me & my salesman, Jack Kelly shaking hands in front of the car. 2nd set of OEM floor mats are on order, as I want to use these originals, and have a back up set, to give to Dr. Dave in 5 years when he buys it with 18,000 on it.Anybody see the 100th show of South Park, last night??? Funny as he// :) Really great one

No, I missed south park. Had to go support some friends at the Battle of the Bands.

All the town cars feel like that. Not a drivers car at all. But, i've been thinking about getting one myself. I'm thinking of an older one, like maybe a 93 or so, if i can pick one up cheap (like $800 or less). I see a lot of them around, beat up, and i know the motor is more or less bulletproof, so i think it would be a good winter beater for next winter. How'd you like to see a flat-black town car with flames?

Pheeeeeewwwwwww.... finally I can breathe! I was turning blue from anticipation. I can't wait to see the pics, oph hell, I want to see Greenkin in carson!

I'd love to have a TC to drive to work and back in, but I still couldn't bring myself to trade the Mark for a four-door. Maybe I'll wait a couple of years and pick up an '03 slightly used and keep them both ;)

If you want to get an old TC, check out the '90 model year. First year for the new '90s styling, last year for the 5.0. You know that engine will last almost forever and be dirt cheap to rebuild.

Here's the scary part.....I laid the Owner's Manual down next to a Bible and the Owner's Manual is thicker ! Yikes!

I do trust that the nursery has been properly prepared for this new arrival and that formal introductions are underway to introduce young greenKIN to it’s new 4wheeled family.

We do want to see pictures of the new baby ASAP

I have but 1 question
Why is it that on a nice bright sunshiny day greenKIN is at home instead of out on a daddy’s new toy day tour?

greenKIN is home because Daddy doesn't feel good, today.
I opened the garage door & Fleecewood saw greenKIN and snapped at her. Blue McLaren's battery is disconnected, so he's sound asleep & couldn't see. JEEPERS allready bellyached at the dealership, so he got it outta hizzelf!

** I can only imagine, Art. But Iraq has only lasted 3 weeks...you're worse? Against me? The Bible? greenKIN.
If you're wondering WHY the bible, it's because the package the owner's manual came in looks like a bible, black leather cover & gold scroll writing (print), so I thought of the bible & went & got it for comparasion...Geez - 'ya gotta explain everything on here :)

I will shoot off pictures this Saturday, when the Sun is supposed to be out (I'll believe it when I see it! 2 weeks of rain). Then I'll send them to somebody to scan & post for me. Patience, please

I'll take a nice cigar. At bowling last night I wasn't going to smoke because I have a cold and lost my voice, and a cigar wouldn't be the best thing -- but get this, it actually cleared my sinuses and I can sing again!

**When my voice was almost totally gone, I could sing just like Janis Joplin.**

Lots of luck with the new ride, Sandy. Sounds like Lincoln has made some technological improvements since '98 thus, the telephone book sized Owner's manual. Still no navigation system though?

Don't forget to stop by the Pastry Shop in between trips to the Airports. :) I'll buy the coffee. Can't wait to see the BIG Green Machine.
