Hello From Central Oklahoma. I purchased my first Mark VIII this past summer. I got it for a really good price. It had a busted blend door actuator that I didn't find out about until cooler weather arrived. I was able to fix this with the help of a friend on one Saturday afternoon. It is Silver Frost, with the gray interior. I will post pics soon. I had to replace one of the coil packs soon after I purchased it. The car seems to have been well cared for by the previous owner(s). My wife and I absolutely love it. One of my best friends formerly owned a 2007 BMW 750 Li. I would compare the Mark VIII to that in many categories. I had been keeping an eye out for one for quite some time. This one pretty much jumped in front of me. I just signed on to this forum site, and I have already found tons of useful information. I'm looking forward to getting to know some fellow Lincoln enthusiasts. I learned to drive in a 1974 Mark IV. Loved that car too. I just recently sold my first lincoln. It was a 1990 Town Car. I bought it in 2006 with 35k on it. It got my daughter through high school, and her first year of college. It had 83k on the odometer when I sold it. I see it around town a lot still. Anyway, this is my introduction. Thanks!
