Helm Inc shop manual question

I order the shop manual, the wiring diagrams and the electical/vacuum troubleshooting manual. Will the shop manual have information on the tranny valve body and such or will I have to order up the $112 powertrain manual? which is the only high dollar manual I didn't order from the helminc.com site.

My '93 service manual from Helms contains complete service info for the tranny including tranny valve body. I believe the other manual you may be referring to is the emissions control and electronic engine/powertrain control manual.

It probably to late to tell you this now, but those manuals show up at on line auction sites like e-bay all the time. They are used but usually in good condition and the go for a lot less money then new at Helm.

Steve, I have seen them on ebay for cheaper, I just figured I'd pay the extra for a brand new book, and not having to deal with an ebay transaction, like monkeying with paypal or things such as that.

Well I seem to have misplaced my 94 shop manual because I haven't seen it in about a year now, but I do remember there being an extensive amount of info on the tranny. One of the biggest sections if I remember correctly. Now off to find that mysterious disappearing manual...

Kale... how in God's name does one misplace two six in thick binders? This is akin to loosing an elephant in a cereal box! ;)

It's here somewhere, probably out in the shed. And mine is just one book. I still have smaller the EVTM manual to get me by.
