last week i bought a 70k, 97 mark with slammed suspension
there was a faint ticking coming from the rt front wheel well
but not nothing came of it
until the check suspension warning appeared
having just retired ivory my venerable 98 due to head gasket failure
i wrongfully thought it would be an easy fix
heck i have another compressor, sensors, computer, and 2 extra relays
plus more than one old bag
figured to replace parts til the fault appears obvious
the long and short is the faint ticking continues with any combination of computer, compressor or 4 different relays
the only thing i have not toiled with are the sensors
maybe i answered my question and am on my way back at it to change the sensors one by one and pray to god lincoln in hopes that there is mercy
it appears to me that the compressor is being fed a diet of low voltage
i am resisting foisting steel on this ride but if it gives me more trouble
opal is going to get a heavy dose of it
any suggestions
