Cycle the key on/off a few times and check for the presence of fuel pressure at the schrader valve on the fuel rail.
Could it be just flooded?
Have you tried holding the throttle to the floor and cranking it a few seconds?

Unplug the crank sensor and plug it back in.
I think its your crank sensor, it causes intermittent non start conditions like that. there is now way you could have "gotten air into the fuel" system. That thing is pressurized at 30psi. Raising the car up or down and or holding it upside down won't do a thing.
I didn't think you could flood a fuel injeted engine.
If there is a weak or no spark and the injector pulses the plug will get wet.
