Help with codes please

I have been experiencing really rough idle and lack of power when the engine is cold. When it is warm, it is perfect. I have changed plugs, wires, filters, and the IAC, and I finally got my mark scanned. I had a 511, which I beleive is the Electronic Control Assembly, or caused by the chip. I also had a 636, which I think is the Transmission Oil Temperature Sensor. Any insight is appreciated. Please hurry, I'm stuck driving a Toyota Echo :(. It is painful.

RE: Help with codes please

Have you tried driving without the chip? Have you tried cleaning the chip contacts? Have you checked your PCV valve? Also, it could be that your EGR valve is clogged?

I'm pretty sure that each code scanner manufacturer uses their own codes. But it wouldn't matter, I don't have a code list for any of them anyway. Sorry.

If you're near an AutoZone, try them. They will check it for free.

RE: Help with codes please

With and without the chip is the same, new PCV, and Autozone won't check it. Wouldn't the EGR set off a code itself, and the ce light? I'm pretty sure. The Mark has been down for like 3 months and the Toyota is destroying my soul, so please, any suggestions.
