High Idle?

Its been bothering me long enough but the car idles a little high I cant seem to find the problem.I can really tell the difference when in park.

how high?

It's usually a little higher in park than in gear. Should still only be 800-900 rpm though, or lower even.

Idling high is usually the IAC( idle air control valve). Do you have a check engine light?
