We are going to have a get together at 6:00 at the Hooters on 60 in Clearwater on 11/26/2003. I just got off the phone with Dave (sleeper) and set this up. Sorry for the short notice. I hope many of you can make it. I also sent this message out in an email. If you did not get an email from me, that means that I dont have it. Please send me a message so I can have it for the future. Lets all try to make it tomorrow.

I'll be there! I want to see the Cobra intake on Dave's Mark and ask what's involved in the swap. It's one thing to read about it and another thing to see it.

I am ready to chow down and look at the other Marks on Wed.

Guys, what would be nice is for a run of the Marks heading east towards Tampa on the bridge. Who is good at taking picture while driving?

Just a though for the board..

Hey, it may be short notice, but look on the bright side... we posted our "gathering" info a good month ahead of time, had over 50 reply's and still alot of our Chapter didnt make it... spontanious, spur of the moment... thats the fun stuff.... gas it up, fix your hair, and head out.. hte best way to meet up with your friends. take pics guys... love to see pics of Mark VIII's all together.. And be safe.

not a single one of us remembered a camera. I had a great idea for a picture too. There is a small beach down the road on the causway. Would have been cool to line them all up on the beach in front of the water and take a shot. But instead, we ate, drank, drank, and admired Daves car.

Just got home about 15 mins ago. I had a great time, and the Hooters meet was a blast. It was really great to meet you guys and put some faces to the names.

I saw that you guys had a cold day coming when i left. But the forecast said the high on saturday was gonna be 60, then the rest of the week was going to be sunny and 70. It's been in the 30's since we left georgia.

Funny, you guys don't seem to have nearly as many black marks as us midwesterners. :)

The sun makes black cars hard to live with down here. When you touch them they burn you. Adam has a black one though but I think he brought it with him from up north.

Yeah, Black is one of my favorite colors, just cant live with it in the summer.
