RE: Horrible wreck on my daily commute

Even doubles make me nervous. I pass doubles and triples as quickly as possible.

One should 'pass' any tractor-trailer as quickly as possible. If you've ever drove one you just know. I always say anyone that pulls in front of a tractor-trailer has never driven one. I drove 'em for quite a few years and don't care to drive 'em at all now. I'm not paranoid with them, but I realize quite well the limitations and dangers. There's nothing like being behind the wheel of a 80,000 or even 100,000 pound rig and suddenly realize there's no way you're going to be able to stop. Freeways are the worst as there is no way you can leave enough 'safety zone' in front of you. The moment you do, someone in a 'four wheeler' simply slides right in there. ::uh::
