How do i remove factory radio?

I just got myself another mark and am going to transfer some parts from my old to my new.
One is my radio. Im just not sure what tools i would need for this. Can i just pop it out somehow. And is there anything special i need to do to rewire my new radio (Sony Xplode 40 watts per channel)

Ford radios are stupid easy to remove. Buy a set of "U" tools(Ford says Radio Removing Tool T87P-19061-A) at Wal-Mart and presto, the radio is out.

If you have the Sony in the old Mark, you likely have what you need to hook up the harness in the new one.

Also, i was wondering what size the speakers are in a 94.I was looking to replace them as well. Do i need anything special to change them out?
 
I think they are 5x7 - someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Do a search in the Car Audio forums for better info.
