Hey just wondering if anyone could tell me how wide i can go with the rims on the back. I'm going to get either 03-04 Cobra wheels or some Saleen wheels. I think i got 9" rims on the back right now just wondering if i could go with 10" or if that's to much

I have had 9" wheels before... they will rub and it is very hard to find the correct offset... 8.5" didn't rub... I know some went as far as 10" but then you will have to modify the sway bar to make it fit.

Stock rear wheels are 7"

aight thanks the ones i've got one it right now where on it when i bought it and they're ok looking just really don't care for them alot

That depends on how wide you're going. On 8.5" wheels +35mm fits perfect. on 9" I would go with 38mm or so. I have no exprience with anything above a 9".

I have 18x9s on the rear w/38mm offset using 275/40 and have no rubbing issues unless I lower the car to it's lowest setting on the ASHAM8. The fender lips are rolled.

hey stealthy what kind of rims do you have?

Enkei LM1s silver polished (not chrome) version (5 x 4.5), I have Mustang hubs

18x9 in the rear using Falken 452s 275/40
18x8 up front using 245/45

I will post pictures when I have a chance

Drilled rotors are a HUGE waste of money. Check out what happened to my cobra rotors.

5000 miles and no track use on these.

damm nice set of wheels there. i think they are the best i have seen on mark. the marks are hard to find the right wheel for some cars can pull off just about any wheel but the mark body is just not right for alot of them. is the car at stock heitgh there or is it lowered at all? also how much do you think you have in your set up there? not including the mustang hub swap.

Thanks! The car is lowered in the pic, I have the ASHAM8 module that allows me to raise & lower the car by a switch in the ashtray (pic), some guy in Europe was making these. It is really nice since my driveway apron is steep so I can raise the car to pull out and then lower it to whatever setting I like.

As far as other suspension/brake upgrades, I did redo just about everything to help compensate for the bigger wheels/tires:

Cobra front hubs & calipers w/13" brembo rotors
Cobra rear hubs, bearings, stock calibers w/brembo 11.65" rotors
Stainless Steel braided brake hoses
Entire new front suspension (98-style struts, control arms, end links, inner & outer tie rods, strut arm bushings)
Entire new rear suspension (Arnott bags, Sensatracs w/solid mounts)
Poly bushings at diff, rear knuckles, sway bars mounts and links, tranny mount
1 1/8 Addco Rear sway bar w/shorter links

Here is the trick ASHAM8:

I just went with the ray switch, for 40 bucks instead of 200 it completely slams the car on the ground (well about an inch from it) looks way lower then the asham instructions i just looked at..although it looks like they updated thier design recently, it looks pretty cool now with the led's and what not.

Anyway, i dont want to fiddle with the hieght while driving anyway. im gonna sensor lower it so it sits a little lower which is perfect for me and doesnt bottm out .....except for when i'm at shows and what not i can "slam" it and thats why i went with the ray switch, just something to consider it

Consider it.
