The temp gage in my green 94 always read too low (cold). It never overheated or ran bad, and the heat always works fine, but I knew it was wrong. It would be at about 7:00 and sometimes for no reason, would quickly go colder, even in 80+ degree weather.
All I did was unplug and re plug the temp sensor on the passenger's side. Now it reads mostly at 9:00 but it was a bit higher when it was 85 degrees with the AC on, doing about 80 mph 2 days ago.
Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else noticed this on their Gen 1.
