Yup, some of the late 98 CE had them, I believe it was speculated that Ford ran out of the typical Mark VIII ones and substituted another supplier mirrors.

Yup, some of the late 98 CE had them, I believe it was speculated that Ford ran out of the typical Mark VIII ones and substituted another supplier mirrors.
That is the same mirror in my 98 LSC and my 96 lsc has a push buttom on the bottom side to turn it on and off.

The mirror above pictured from me is from my Town car But I don't know if the connectors would fit.
