...but I don't know how hard it is to get it out with the aftermarket headers. I got the full on exhaust swap and am planning to swap the tranny, driveshaft, rear gears when I return and don't know how hard it is to get all this out. Will I have to loosen or remove the headers or will it slide right through?

Take a look and go from there. No real way to say without looking, but if you can do the tranny yourself, i'm sure you can tell whether you're going to need to remove the headers.

Its not easy Jason.The little "ears "on the bellhousing get in the way.On the bright side while you have it out you cut the "ears" off and it will much easier the next time around.Give me a call and I'll walk you through it.
