LOL when I took the EGR off and tested it, water poured right through the thing... BAD EGR. Oh well, now I have a bunch of new parts anyhow. Will let you know how it runs afterwards.

I am having a little trouble with my TPS sensor screws. Any suggestions? Already doused it in PB and I still almost strip them.

I am having a little trouble with my TPS sensor screws. Any suggestions? Already doused it in PB and I still almost strip them.

They are locktighted in place and very difficult to remove. Have you removed the throttle body or trying to do it with it in the car?

Remove the throttlebody and then tap a small phillips screwdriver with a hammer while turning the screws. It will break the locktight loose.
