Just thought I'd let everyone know. I washed the engine on Sunday and got the CE light. I assumed there was water under the cover of the coil packs so I took it apart and confirmed it. I also found out that four boots were cracked. I was hoping by drying everything off I would get things back to normal but it kept hesitating. Checked the codes and #3 was missing. I took the covers off again to find that I pinched the wires going to the coil pack for #3 between the standoff and cover. It broke the wire so I soldered it back together. Do you think this is sufficient enough? The car still isn't running normal but I'm going to blame that on the rubber boots for now.
