Tried to search but couldnt find anything.
I have a code saying the IMRC is stuck open, but no CEL. I can reach behind the intake and pull on the little cables and feel the IMRC's open and closing so I know its not stuck. Maybe it got stuck at some point but no longer is? I dunno.
Normally I would just reset the codes, but the communist republic of california is saying that I have to get a smog test done, even though it is registered in WV, I have been stationed here for 3+ years, and I will be stationed in NC in less than 6 months. But I need to pass smog to get a new base sticker. I replaced the battery last week and am still trying to get rid of the P1000 code so I can pass.
I am thinking running some seafoam through it in case it is sticking occasionally. Anyone else have this problem?
