Just a couple of ?'s

Was looking on LMS today, cause my Mark is hitting that "change the fuel pump mileage" and I wanted to see what they had. Anyways, there are two options a 190 lph and a 255 lph, is there really a big difference. Also just for mere knowledge sakes, what is the stock injector size?

Do a site search for injectors, I believe they are 24# stock.

SCP is a sponsor here and sells fuel pumps as well.

Depends which Cobra pump....the 03/04 Cobras run duals. You'll have to modify the "basket".

Don't change the fuel pump unless it fails. There's no such thing as a "change fuel pump mileage". The fuel pump might crap out at 60k miles. It might also last 600k miles. And an aftermarket fuel pump will probably be lower quality, which is why you want to go with a ford part, whether it's a cobra part or a focus part or (OMG) a mark viii part.

No need to go to a bigger fuel pump unless the car is substantially modified. Mine was running 13.9's and the fuel pump was not an issue. I talked to the current owner a couple weeks back, it's at 145k or so, no other mechanical issues. I would not bother with a fuel pump change as a matter of normal maintenance.

can you define what the "change the fuel pump mileage" is?

like Dave said...fuel pump age has nothing to do with mileage.
But if you just want to replace it so you dont get stranded...I'd second the Focus pump based on other Mark VIII owner's past experience.

SVT Focus pump on 97/98 Mark VIII as the Walbro 255 doesn't fit the basket right although it can be modified to fit. The Focus pump is cheap. Run a Walbro on the gen 1 cars.
