J & Driller have been very helpful in deciding what I'm going to do with my exhaust system.

I prefer a sleeper look. Clean, suttle, but different. I prefer the OEM Exhaust tips as they fit well to the body line cutout in the bumper cover.

The cars with twin nipples on each muffler is not my style. They are aggressive looking, but look out of place on these Mark's to me. They hang to low also.

My system will stay with the stock mufflers and tips. BUT, I'm going to copy Drillers cutouts and X pipe. I will be using DMH performance units. J used these.

Found a deal on the X pipe to replace the aft Cat. Ebay # 350077805214

He is Drillers set up.

Now the question may be why bother? Well it's a novelty toy so to speak, but if there is one thing that sends my blood pressure screaming high it's a car beside me / behind me that is going Boom,Boom,Boom and the harmonics just drill straight thru my body. Meantime the decklid on that car is rattling like crazy. :(

So I'm gonna Blast'em with exhaust tunes. :)

Thanks Guys. The parts are on order.

Good deal on the x-pipe. I have the exact same one in a box. Had it about a year now! Will be putting it on whenever I get around to it!

You won't believe the thunder your car will make. Make sure to get the turndowns after the cutout to point down and slightly to the sides. It makes a huge difference! :D

Ih Yes. I spent a bunch of time looking at all of that before I asked you questions J. That damn thing Thunders. HeHe.

Hehe thanks! Glad I could help! Make sure you post your own vids and also get some looks on the ricers faces.

Reading through those posts, and hearing drillers car makes me want cutouts. 2 bad I dont have any money. I need a 2nd job. lol.

Ya, haha. Our cars don't really accomidate the straight swap of a cutout system so you also have to consider the exhaust work.

You could do like Bill(I think) and run just one cutout right after the 3rd cat. You'll get a tiny bit of performance but you'll get the nice loud sound. That should run you 180ish plus 40-80 bucks to weld it in.

Here is what I have installed on the S2K.....

This one sounds like its leaking while its closed, but I assure you its not. You're actually hearing the valve train noise and then when I open the cutout the mic completely muffles making it impossible to here the valve train noise until I close it again.

HaHa OK I'm not familiar with those Honda's at all. What's the little square in the left side of the bumper cover for?

Lol, no its not for the parachute! Its for the factory tow hook installation so if it needs to be pulled out of a ditch or something you remove the little plastic square and screw in the tow hook in the spare tire kit. You'll see the ricer's rolling around with fancy smancy anodized blue/red/green ones in a failed attempt to look cool.

You got that right. Like the stainless fuel door covers. Looks like a zit on a fat girls A$$. :(

The pull hook is a good idea.

Lol....I expecially hate the chrome'd tail lights on white cars. Just looks...ummm....ghetto.

I don't like any of the Euro type lights.

Clear lens's don't have the reflector effect if your lights were out / not working.
They are not as bright Red when lite up either.

Safety item to me.
