Also, the when the fuel injectors get old / dirty, they make a loud tick. It is VERY commonly mistaken for a ticking sound in the valvetrain! Put a FULL can of seafoam in a 1/3rd tank of gas and run it empty, then fill it back up see if it helps.
 
For a quick cleaning suck it directly into your intake (stick a vaccum line directly into a can of it). Use 1/2 the container this way and put the rest into the gas tank.

Make sure someone has a real fast idle when you do this.... it'll create a kewl cloud thru the exhaust!!

10-4, I'll try, nothing I like more than a kewl cloud of smoke coming from the car, its nostalgic to the day I blew the engine. :D

I had one rust out on my red Mark. Cheap aftermarket filter. It was weeping through the rust.

Of course, my fuel lines rusted out too.:D
