Lincoln LS 03 V8 has difficulties blowing warm air

Hi everyone ! Whe're having cold temperature here and my LS cannot seem to be able to blow warm air, mild at the most. Could it be the thermostat, the DCCV valve (heather control valve) or the climate control ? Where is located the thermostat ? Thanks for the info !

I haven't searched for this problem but I recall there being some electronic pump that was used to circulate antifreeze to the heater core that was prone to failure.
