ok i got the mlps on its way (not in stock had to order it, only 44 bucks ... not bad)
this question is coming from both me and my boyfriend (the experienced mechanic, im the apprentice :D ), where the heck is it located? and what is involved in replacing it?
once he knows where it is and generally whats involved he can get it.
of course a detailed run-through is wanted if possible, although im most likely going to stand back and watch my boyfriend do this one, if something goes wrong ill be able to say "told ya" :D

RE: location?

yes its very easy to replace.

tools: jack, 8MM or 5/16 wrench or socket and ratchet

todo:
remove:

1: turn off air ride in trunk.

2: jack up driver side of car and place on at least one jack stand.

3: locate MLPS on left side of trans by the shifter linkage.

4: loosen and remove the 2 retaining bolts on either side of the MLPS.

5: unplug harness from the MLPS

install: just reverse the process
