LOD Summer Bash F1 Party - Sunday 7/25

Please be my guest at my first real F1 party.

I have reserved a spot at The Copper Kettle at the Kenton Golf Course in Independence Kentucky, at 7:30 AM on Sunday, July 25, to watch the Formula 1 race.

The golf course said they will block off an area and we should get the big screen TV with Speed Channel. Hot breakfast and danishes, coffee, juice, etc. will be provided.

Please RSVP if you would like to attend, so I can provide an approximate number so they can set up for us.

No charge to anyone attending -- just let me know ahead of time if possible.

Depending on saturday night festivities, i may be able to make it. But i'll be hitting the road as soon as the race is over.

You guys don't have to show at 7:30 on the dot. I asked them to serve breakfast at 8, but I'm sure I can change that. They seemed very willing to accomodate us. I think the race will go til 10 AM.

Sharon put me down. I'll show up sometime around the start. If your hubby shows up, Kenton County parks has three very decent courses to play. The Willows is hilly. Fox Run is the hardest.

I can't believe Saxy's gonna wake up that early! Of course there will be juices - will you have a flask?

There's the British Grand Prix MotoGP race on at 2:pm too! You have to check it out to see the best racer in the world in any type of racing...Valentino Rossi....
