RE: look inside an EGR flow sensor
i just bought a new one at autozone(wells brand 49.99) check engine light off!@! this is the 2nd time ive had the egr vavle and sensor off. i first had the egr flow low code(the t/b inlet for the egr was clogged). this time i had the code 327 somthing to do with the flow sensor. the sensor fixed it. the case on the new one looks exactly like the oem ford(same cast). i believe lincoln now uses a plastic case for this part. if anyone is interested i can get the part from ford for about 80.00. not sure if its cheaper than 5 star ford or not. anyway,i'm just happy the check engine light is off. hopefully this will help the reduced gas mileage i've been seeing.
