I just bought another 94 mark. Its the same make as my old one so im looking for some one to come out here and help me swap the folling 3 items and help me fix my tachometer:
1.I need the windshield wiper blades to be fixed or swapped from my old mark, as they dont go all the way down
2. Need to replace a small plastic piece in the multi fucntion switch.It doesnt reset the blinkers after i make turns so it has to be set in the middle position manually after each turn.
3.Need my drivers side door handle taken off so i can keep just in case.
4.Tachometer is stuck at 1300 rpm mark and doesnt move.
I know they are little things but i dont have the tools to fix them.
Im willing to give parts out for anyone who can help me with these issues.
Following parts i know are good and will be glad to give in exchange for help:
Motor (121k on it and has the slight knocking when cold starting sometimes-its been like this for the entire 61k i have owned it,its still quiet and strong though, air bags should be good but the air compressor has been down for nearly 6 months,alternator and battery still run strong,starter is only a couple years old,all my pumps are still ok but i havent changed any since 2004(oil pump i think it was). Im sure there are more parts im not aware of so just feel free to ask.
The car still runs but it has a bad exaust, no active suspension and i think a sensor just died as the motor now revs at 2100 on start and constantly accelerates when in drive.
I live in Canton Mi and would possibly consider paying for the swaps if no one is interested in the parts..But I dont have much to give as i just bought another mark and put $300 into it already.
Post or send a PM if you would like to work something out. I need to do the swap fairly soon as i live in an apartment and they wont let the car sit for too long.
