Just about anything is possible, it all depends on your level of skill and ingenuity.
This would not be easy as the LS is RWD & the Taurus is FWD however. You'd be better off using ta 4.6 out of a FWD Continental.

Why would you even think about doing this? With a little work you can do more mods on these engines and get more speed than what you could ever get with that pain in the @ss SHO engine. I know this because I drive a SHO myself. These engines don't have to have their cams welded like a V8 SHO engine does.
