Newbie here, can anyone tell me what the possible rear end sizes and ratios would be for an 84 LSC Turbo Diesel?

guessing here, but probably a 7.5". might be 8.8"

Welcome.
The 1984 Lincoln Mark VII with the Turbo Diesel option, shipped with:

four speed automatic with overdrive
gears - 1st 2.73:1, 2nd 1.56:1, 3rd 1.00:1, 4th 0.73:1, rev 2.09:1
differential - 3.73:1

Does your Mark VII have any badges on the fenders or hood or trunk?
If so, what do they say?

If the rear cover has a perfectly square shape than its an 8.8" if it has a rectangular shape then its a 7.5"
