MAS cleaning procedure

What is the proper procedure for cleaning the MAS? I have never done this before. I tried searching but found nothing.

The MAF sensor on the other hand is easy. You buy some aerosol MAF cleaner from the parts store.

Remove the MAF sensor from the car and spray the filaments 'til clean. Resist any temptation to physically touch the filaments. Allow to air dry and installation is the reverse of removal.
