My Mark VIII service manual says the correct, normal, ride height should be; 24.5" to 25" front and 24.25" to 24.75" rear.
Both measurements are to be taken on LEVEL ground or on an alignment rack with the air suspension switch off. The place to take your measurements from is from the top of the wheel well lip to the bottom of the wheel. Not the bottom of the tire or the ground!
