FS: modded 97 lsc blk on blk [SOLD]

i am also open to trades i am looking for a pick up truck with extended cab, it has to have a rear seat for my kids, i preffer a short bed also. 2 or 4 wheel drive v-6 or v-8 automatic only my wife cant drive a manual. anything like a chevy silverado or gmc sierra 1500 or 2500, gas or diesel, i dont want a mud truck or a 2000 dollar turd unless you are throwing money in on top of it, late 80's to mid 90's f-series trucks i like too, or newer if its the right eye catcher for me, and even though i want a pick up, if the right full size bronco or k-5 blazer stumbled into the picture i might consider it also. let me know.
 
2 potential new owners coming to see it tomorrow, one would be buying it, the other has a 2000 silverado extended cab 4.8 liter V-8 two wheel drive short bed in nice shape that i would consider the truck and cash if its something i am interested in. it has 263k on it but he says wait till i see it and drive it. we'll see my car might not be mine after tomorrow!

so far neither guy has called to come see it, typical douche bag craigslist people. exactly why i didnt want to list it on craigslist. i dont know why some people get off by telling you they will get with you and then you never hear from them again. i should just go trade the car in at the dealer and buy a left over 2010 model truck.
 
Dealer won't give you more than 2k for it. Keep at it its a great deal at your current price. You only had it for sale for a frigging week.
 
well a guy came tonight and fell in love and said he is coming back to get it tomorrow after i get out of work, we'll see if that really happens, he is a mark 7 owner though and i do know him a little. he almost bought my 98 lsc a few years ago after i fixed it from my small crash, but it sold on ebay and i wouldnt end it early. he loves my 97. we;ll see.

I see all these other beautiful Marks for sale here, and think about replacing my old Town Car.. but what I need is a winter car, and I just can't do that to one of these Marks..
 
car is still for sale once again the same person wasted my time for the second time on the second mark i have put up for sale. he did the same thing when i sold my 98 lsc a few years back. i should have known not to bother with him. oh well.
 
the sale of the car is temporarily suspended until i replace some front end components that are already trashed after 3 years.
 
the car is back up for sale now, the control arms havent been replaced, but i have one of them and waiting for the other to show up, you can have them with the car. there is a vibration at 85 mph which i know is the driveshaft, it is not my wheels so just putting it out there. something bad came up in my life and the car must go , i need to go up north very soon and need to the money to buy something more reliable on gas and in snow so i can get up there. $4,000 cash takes the car as is where is. dont waste my time and try to haggle me 4 grand is my rock bottom price.
 
So you replaced the cluster is what you're saying? ;) It matters when you're trying to get money from the bank. "How many miles does it have?" "What does it matter, everything's replaced anyways." That'd go over well.
 
ok jesse i bought the car with 153,000 miles on the odometer 2 years this coming jan. i changed the cluster because i took the white fage gauge cluster out 2 months after i bought it, i put a cluster in it with 95,000 miles and now it shows 100,800 so there you go you can roughly figure the miles, and no bank is gonna loan money on a car this age anyway, so the bank wont need to know the miles, why do you insist on giving me such a hard time about all my posts lately? did buying a jeremi built supercharged mark VIII boost your ego too, you were never like this at all, maybe its the fact you are cop, i dont know you changed big time. and you arent interested in my car anyway so whats the reason for posting in here and bustin my chops?

You've always had an attitude dude, or not an attitude per se, more of a "let's make fun of everyone all the time" via phone calls, emails, or posts. Now all of a sudden you assume I'm making fun of you and "busting your chops". I haven't changed a bit Mister, you're just taking thongs the wrong way. Maybe it's the fact that you're HAPPY now and you see how you treated people all the time when you weren't happy. Tables turned I guess?

Anywho...who are YOU to tell ME if I'm interested. I asked a simple "Where's the mileage?" (which was no insult or anything) and all I'm getting is flak. Mileage was all I needed for my bank to buy YOUR car. I'm WAS getting a loan for it because I want to help YOU out (read your "family situation" post) and pick up a better "beater" for a good price. Maybe I'll rethink my plans.
