Mulitfunction Switch

You have to pull the steering wheel, which isn't all that difficult. The only thing you need to worry about there is ruining your clockspring or stripping out the holes in the wheel while using a wheel puller (sometimes the steering wheel can get stuck in place and won't pull off). I changed mine, thinking it was the switch that was keeping my steering column from moving. In actuality, it was the potentiometer that needed replacing.
