That's right. Should have a new Navigator by next week. Got preapproved and will be on the hunt. I dont even want to bother trying to haggle trading it in.
1993 Lincoln Mark VIII black with tan interior, Sunroof that does not leak, 85,8xx miles. Car was painted approx. 3 years ago and the side moldings were painted to match the car. Car has approx. $1,000 in stereo equip. in it. Clarion tape head unit with 18 disk changer in trunk. Lanzar 6 channel amp, Lanzar 30 band eq, JL audio 12" subs, Pioneer active crossover in center console, older code alarm, Lanzar 6.5" in the rear, Pioneer 3ways in doors, Lanzar titanium dome tweeters in front doors. Car also comes with the entire JBL stereo system that came with the car.
I have listed the car at this price because it needs some work. It drives fine, but the buyer is gonna have to spend a few bucks to have one heck of a car. When you think about the stereo equip. alone that comes with it, that makes the car a heck of a deal.
Problems with the car: Paint is in fair to good shape. there are bug chips on the front bumper and a few minor imperfections in the paint. There is no fading and the car shines very well. There are two nice sized dings on the front pass. side fender and door. The driver seat is very worn. There is a small tear in the back seat. The car needs new front ball joints and a new rear sway bar. I had LMS gauges in it and removed them. Since that time, the tach and speedo needles have been stuck. The 1-2 accumulator needs to be replaced. The suspension compressor was replaced about 2 years ago. the vehicle rises just fine, but wont vent for some reason. The ABS just went out. There is a module in the front left fender that costs $60 that needs to be replaced. The drivers side door lock just started making a funky sound when locking and does not work properly automatically. Lock works fine manually.
New/newer parts: The car was dyno tuned by Jerry himself at Dennis's shop. The car has 245/50's that are approx. 6 months old on the front and a few years old on the back. The front struts were replaced approx. 2 years ago. The rear shocks and mounts were replaced approx. 1 year ago. The alternator was replaced approx. 2 years ago. Brake calipers were rebuilt less than a year ago. New rotors at that time as well.
If you are a do it yourselfer this is a great car for the price. If you are not, this is not the car for you.
