Hi everyone,
I was reading this morning and I noticed a thread area of non Lincoln cars and thought I would post here.
Jeremi was instramental ibn getting this car to me last year. The story is I had this exact car when I was 16 in 1981, drove the hell out of it and killed it and I was very upset about that and have always wanted another one. Occasionaly I would look around but never did see anything until about 18 months ago I found this car in Texas for sale before it was completely turned into a track car. I think I saved her from a horrible ending. A previous poster her on LOD in Texas, LaserSVT was kind enough to go look at the car for me and deem it to be a worthy candidate and place the deposit for me after the deal was worked out. He then took delivery of the car for me and stored it for a few months until I was ready. Jeremi then arranged for the car to be shipped to him and I drove from Toronto to Jeremis place with a trailer and picked the car up and completing all the import paper work into Canada.
I plan to keep it as a Sunday driver and make it a clean fun car. I had to get it out of Js hands as he had the tape measure out for a 4.6 DOHC swap with a manual. He said that it would fit!!
So here she is and I will update as I get to it which will be a slow process.
