My name is Scott. I am from Cincinnati. This is my third Lincolm Mark 8. I previously had a 1993 and a 1995. I bought this car in Youngstown, Oh off of ebay. Had problems with traction control module, had transmission shutter and bad climate control. Fixed with some junk yard parts, did the j-mod and been upgrading the car ever since. Bought the car for $3000 and put $12000 more in it.

My second mark 8. Sold it for $7000 a month before I got the 97. Bout 2.5 years ago. 20" Lowenhardt, stock paint, custom air ride and interior. Custom sounds and lambo doors.

Welcome to LOD!

Nice Mark VIII's. Did you do those doors yourself? Do you have any close up shots of the hinges?

A lot of those door kits look like it's hard to get into the car. Yours look like there is plenty of room to get in.

Can get some better pics for you. I had the shop where i work at Big Papa's in Cincinnati do them. They are Gt Factory welded on diablo kits. I can open the doors and still get in and out without lamboing them up. I only recomend GT factory door kits.

Wow!! A couple very nice Marks. I really like the way you continued the theme into the interior. Very Nice. - - And welcome, we're glad you're here.

yea those are unbelievable, I don't like the doors on them but you did great work on it. I like the stereo in the first one.

Wow! With the exception of my preference of smaller rims, I would love to have either of those, really. I can see the benefit of the lambo doors, too. Where I work sometimes it's so hard for me to squeeze in the car so I can make sure my door doesn't hit someone else's car. And yes, I love how the interior theme matches the exterior. Hope to get to see the car in person sometime soon.
