New here, just picked up a black 97 lsc with only 48k for 2k. Its in pretty rough shape from sitting for 15 years in the southern sun. The pictures are from before I touched it. Its raining here now I will have to get some after pics soon. Interior is in pretty good shape and under the hood is exceptionally clean. No leaks, still retains factory air ride and rear neon still works. So far i have replaced the entire front suspension minus the bags. Every bushing was dry rotted, so it go new inner/outer tie rods,end links,upper and lower control arms. 1 door handle was broke so I swapped them out for continental chrome door handles. Ive since wet sanded and buffed the crusty headlights out. HID bulb was out so I also swapped that out for a retro fit H11 HID kit. Have done some other random stuff and still have to do a new wiper motor and 1 rear air bag and shell be pretty set.
I owned a 93 mark 8 over 12 years ago drove it into the ground and was looking for a new toy recently and came across this one. With Hopes to drag race this one is the plan, going to start out with bolt ons, 100 shot of nitrous and get her tuned and see where it goes from there
