My 98 has been sitting for a while so I decided to take it for a spin the other day, needless to say the it wouldn't start. I tried to jump it with my jump box and it still would just click rapidly. Using my XCAL I checked the voltage, it showed 14.1v so i used my multimeter and it shows 14.1v. My next thought is the starter. Now its raining and will be for the next few days, this is not a problem as the car will be parked in the garage as soon as the snow falls. it will be much easier if i can drive it into the garage lol. Am I safe to assume its the starter being pissed off?
