I have a perfect one out of a '94 with 85K miles with installed TransGo shift kit and stock Torque converter, removed to install a 2000 5.4 truck trans. It's absolutely perfect and chirps 2nd like no tomorrow. I gave a lot of details on the other site maybe a year ago. Do a search there for more info if you're interested. Still only $300, pick up only near Wash. DC.

I'm located in Bowie Md.. about 8 miles east of DC on Rt. 50. Could meet you somewhere along Rt 270 say near Rockville if that helps. It's a great deal at $300, but as Jeremy says the '98 has the mechanical diode plus a few other upgrades. There was zero "junk" in the pan when I got it in 2001, very likely it's been "done", but no guarantee on that. Probably 500 miles put on it since 2001. The TC is perfect too.. install it, put in Mercon 5, and wail away. The Trans-go kit shifts really nice and hard when you get on it.

99 has 276k on the odo i doubt that the trans is original it shifted nice and firm before i wrecked the car. the 93 i never drove guy i got it from locked the motor up on it ill look t the miles on it tomorrow. 200 sound fair for either?
