the part that says which color wire goes where... i think i found one but i wasn't able to locate the tweeter wires going to the amp on the diagram. It just listed front and rear speakers no tweeters. Or are there crossovers hidden in the car somewhere?

Here are 1995 colors. These are the colors if you have a 10 disc CD player. They may be the same if you don't have the CD player.
C3 is a 14 pin connector on the JBL amp. Hold the connector so it looks like a long U (|______________|). C3 is numbered 1 through 3, holding clip, then 4 through 6 on the top. The bottom is numbered 7 through 14. Left to right as you are looking into the connector.
RH rear tweeter: Yellow & Orange/Red to JBL Amp C3 Pins 14(-) & 13(+). (respectively)
RH front tweeter: White/ Light Green & Dark Green/Orange to JBL Amp C3 Pins 11(+) & 12(-). (respectively)
LH front tweeter: Orange/ Light Green & Light Blue/White to JBL Amp C3 Pins 8(-) & 7(+). (respectively)
LH rear rear tweeter: Tan/Yellow & Gray/Light Blue to JBL Amp C3 Pins 10(-) & 9(+). (respectively)
The Right hand front and rear woofers are twinned together. (paralled)
The left hand woofers are connected the same. (paralled)
C2 is a 10 pin connector on the JBL amp. Hold the connector so it looks like a long U. (|___________|) The pins are numbered 1 & 2 then the holding clip, then 3 & 4 on the top. The bottom row is 5 through 10, left to right as you are looking into the connector.
RH front & rear: Black/Light Green & Brown/Pink to JBL Amp C2 Pins 1(+) & 2(-). (respectively)
LH front & rear: Pink/Light Blue & Light Green/White to JBL Amp C2 Pins 4(-)& 3(+). (respectively)
